IslandFriends supports veterinary professionals and organizations in Dumaguete, Philippines. Our financial support gives these organizations the ability to conduct vital spay and neuter clinics for free. Due to lack of funding these services would otherwise be unavailable. With our assistance the number of cats and dogs who remain unfixed is lessened incrementally, slowing the reproduction of animals who would live and potentially die on the streets.

Marine Conservation Philippines is a non-profit dedicated to preserving and protecting coastal resources in the Philippines through education, volunteerism, and resources.
IslandFriends supports the arm of MCP that is focused on combating ocean plastics. Through this program MCP partners with local community groups as well as youth who have participated in MCP's seacamp to organize weekly beach cleanup drives.

Te mana o te Moana is an association that collects sick, injured, and maimed sea turtles and rehabilitates them at their Sea Turtle Care Center in Moo'rea Tahiti. Once the turtles are well enough to survive on their own they are released back into the ocean. Currently the center has a release rate of approximately fifty percent.
Island Friends believes that programs such as this are critical to the ongoing health of these islands. We offer regular financial support to Te mana o te Moana.
